Welcome in this oasis of serenity. I love old cemetaries. So that's why i create this blog. Beautiful statues (stone angels), old tombstones and peaceful quietness invite you to reflect on life and death. No, i am not tired of life, i don't wanna die yet, but i love this melancholic feeling i get when wandering about these places. The mystery of life and death. Wander with me.......

Do not stand at my grave and weep

Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am in a thousand winds that blow,
I am the softly falling snow.
I am the gentle showers of rain,
I am the fields of ripening grain.
I am in the morning hush,
I am in the graceful rush
Of beautiful birds in circling flight,
I am the starshine of the night.
I am in the flowers that bloom,
I am in a quiet room.
I am in the birds that sing,
I am in each lovely thing.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there. I do not die.

Hi Caio,
the url of this blog is at the sidebar of Momo Luna Signals. But perhaps it's a good idea to let you know there when i uploaded here. Can you still follow me hehe? ;-) Nosferatu was there all the time, in fact it is a GIF but he doesn't move here, i don't know how to fix that. I like him too, he's the most scaried vampire ever. I saw the old movie on a Halloween party at midnight in a wood. Very, very scary haha.
Thank you for the kisses and i blow lots of kisses back for you, carried by the wind.

Thank you J. The image are two photographs i put together.

Hi Fluitenkruid, ja, vind ik ook. Prachtig!

Hi R. good to see you here also. I'm too busy sometimes. I haven't receive an email from you: momolunasignals@live.nl
I'm often on your handcuffs blog, but sometimes it feels almost like profonation to comment on such beautiful, deep poems.
Love and xxx

Hi dear Rachel,
nice to see you here. Didn't you know my secret place here? And yes this blog is meant for peaceful, meditative thoughts and sometimes a little spooky also.

Thank you Lonnie and welcome.

Luna,
Gee-e-e-z, how I do love this poem. Thanks for posting it. The last post is wonderful, as well.
I don't spend a lot of time reading poetry, but I have always loved it and appreciate your sharing.
Thanks,
Gary.
